How do we get to the beach?

There are three ways to make your way to the beach: 1. You can take the steps down, which will take you about 5 minutes. 2. You can use Pacifica's gondolas. 3. You can request to be picked up by one of the resort's shuttles.

When is Check-in Time?

Flexible. Keep us posted on your arrival.

When is Check-out Time?

11:00 but can be negotiated depending on travel plans.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, you will be provided with a set number of towels that can be used at the pool and in the condominium. Please ask about beach towels when heading down to the beach.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is not allowed inside, smoking is only permitted outside (in the terrace).

Are pets allowed?

No.
